Cliff founded Dissolve in 2008 and continues as CEO. He has been Ranked in the Top5 liquidators in Australia (of 650+) by number of appointments for the last 5 years.
Cliff has been appointed as liquidator of over 1,400 Australian companies.
As Director of Dissolve, he specialises in delivering fast, practical solutions for businesses in distress – from liquidations and voluntary administrations to tailored turnaround strategies.
Prior to establishing Dissolve, Cliff was a partner at Ernst & Young where he worked for 20 years. His time as an EY partner included 6 years based in Asia where he led the Transaction Advisory Group for EY Indonesia. In that time he led the restructuring of 26 listed companies and restructured debts in excess of $8billion.
