In around 50% of calls we receive from
directors, we are able to provide free advice
over the phone that gives the director a
specific way forward – that is we are not
there to sell our services – we provide
genuine advice for the situation.
If we do recommend you use our services
we will be clear on what that will cost you –
in most cases we’ll provide a specific fixed
quote so you know what it will cost, what
we will do for you and what will be the
potential savings to a director and their

Cliff Sanderson
CEO, REGISTERED LIQUIDATOR
Registered Liquidator, Chartered Accountant, Board Member of Association Independent Insolvency Practitioners, Member of Turnaround Management Association, Member Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association
Cliff is a corporate restructuring specialist with over 30 years of experience in Australia and internationally. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dissolve. In the last 10 years he has been appointed liquidator of over 700 companies. He was a Partner of Ernst & Young for 10 years. His experience ranges from formal appointments in Liquidations and Voluntary Administrations to sale of business, due diligence and valuations. Cliff has been the lead adviser in some of the largest restructurings in the Asia Pacific region.
Brad Vincent

Brad has been providing advice to directors of companies in financial distress for 10 years. Brad will probably be your initial contact at Dissolve and you will see he has the ability to quickly grasp the situation you face and can quickly point you in the right direction. After 10 years of being an advisor, Brad has developed an excellent understanding of the legal and practical issues facing a director of an insolvent company – it is rare for a director to throw a new situation at Brad. You will find him understanding and sympathetic, but above all practical. Brad will provide the cool head in a stressful situation.
Robert Cook
TURNAROUND & SPECIAL SITUATIONS DIRECTOR

Rob has over 15 years of professional insolvency experience and 15 years of corporate accounting experience as a Financial Controller and Management Accountant. So Rob has seen both sides of the fence and has both the technical insolvency skills and practical experience of working and controlling a business. Rob oversees the Dissolve case management team and so ensures the smooth running of all of the practical and administrative aspects of formal appointments whether they be liquidations or voluntary administrations. Rob is tasked with assisting directors, creditors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and quick administration process.
Geoff Knoke
DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

Geoff has over 30 years of experience in banking, insolvency and corporate restructuring. He now specialises in providing advice and solutions to trading business under financial distress. Geoff’s experience includes over 15 years in the insolvency division of a Big4 accounting firm and with a large specialist insolvency firm. The key to Geoff’s ability to understand the complex issues facing a distressed company is his four years of experience as a Corporate Lending and Workout Executive in a mid-tier financier. Geoff is renowned as a great communicator which flows from his Graduate Diploma in Communications which he obtained by way of thesis, examining communication in the insolvency environment. Geoff’s unique experience also includes a Degree in Zoology. Geoff has worked on a range of matters from large corporate insolvencies to voluntary wind ups of small businesses.
