Fees - What will it cost?

Firstly, be aware that you can use all of the resources on our website and telephone calls to us free of charge.  We will never charge you for our initial advice and we would only charge a fee after we have explained our fees and you have signed a document agreeing to that.

At Dissolve we aim to provide directors with a LOW COST AND HASSLE FREE  company liquidation service and so we have provided a series of packages that will appeal to directors:

·         No Asset Liquidation Package – if your company has no assets and has ceased to trade and you must liquidate then we provide a LOW COST, FIXED FEE option for directors

·         Small Company Liquidation Package – if your company has some assets then you can liquidate the company at NO COST TO THE DIRECTORS

·         Fixed Price Liquidation Package – if your company has substantial assets and you want to ensure control over the costs of the liquidation then we can provide a fixed fee to cover the standard liquidation duties.

Also be aware that in a liquidation it is actually the creditors that approve a liquidator’s fees.  At Dissolve we exceed the professional requirements for fee disclosure so a director and creditors will receive a raft of information on what we propose charging.
